Given the ‘state of the world’ not to mention the fact that Uranus and Neptune are both entering new signs over the next few months on March 20th, I will be teaching a workshop using astrology to help in finding your vocation. You can read more about it at my website.

It’s an equal opportunity workshop: For astrologers and non-astrologers alike.

Please come and join Deirdre Norman and me at WonderWorks bookstore for the launch of our 2011 Astrological Calendar: The Cosmic Mirror

Sunday September 26th, at 1:08PM

79A Harbord st.

The Cosmic Mirror is a Canadian calendar to help you navigate the above and below of life. Astrology and earth-bound wisdom provide insights into how the year is unfolding. Heaven and Earth come together in this calendar to give you guidance for the year, both personally and globally, and specific information about the cycles of the sun, moon and planets. Authors Julie and Deirdre will be present.

For astrologers who can speak astrolog-ese (you don’t have to be fluent but you must know the essential workings of the art). Sunday, February 21st. 1 pm This month’s topic is ‘The Moon: Who is She to Me?‘  Contact me if you are interested.

On March 6th Marilyn Mazotta will lecture on:  Horary: Astrology’s Tool of Divination. Horary is a fascinating use of astrology where the client asks a specific question and the astrologer casts a chart for the moment and answers it according to the recommendations in the chart. The is event is sponsored by Astrology Toronto

For those with interest in art as well as astrology here is a unique way of bringing the two together. This course looks at the planets and their relationship to our life. The artistic medium includes clay modeling, life charting, fairy tales, conversation and reflective journaling to create a deep learning process.  All levels of artistic experience are welcome.
